She Came in the Room Lyrics
Submitted by adminShe came in the room
She came in the room
I didn't know what to say to her
She broke all the rules
She broke all the rules
I didn't know, what to say
Oh don't don't change
Oh don't don't change
We're the ones who have to blame.
She came back to me
She came back to me
and nothing seems, to have changed
She wrote in her book
She wrote in her book
Saying she, still loves me.
Oh don't don't change
Oh don't don't change
We're the ones who have to blame.
After our feud, there was nothing else to say
Our hearts were broken away
Our pieces on the floor
Our pieces on the floor
and I didn't know, what to say
Oh don't don't change
Oh don't don't change
We're the ones who have to blame.
After a year or 2, I kept on thinking of you
Our memories seem to be (forgetting) fading
and I broke all the rules
and I broke all the rules
and I didn't know what to say
Oh don't don't change
Oh don't don't change
We're the ones who have to blame.
Vic's Comments:
The song has a beatles like feeling to it.
With regards to the last verse I originally sang: Our memories seem to be 'forgetting'.
Vocally 'forgetting' sounds better. Lyrically 'fading' makes more sense.
If I sing 'fading away', vocally it fits but don't make sense lyrically.
